Left home at 7:15am in a taxi to Manchester airport. Returned home at 7:25am after realising I'd left my passport at home! Relaxed in the first class lounge waiting for our flight to Kathmandu, via Helsinki and Delhi.
Long flight but the vodka helped.
Landed in Kathmandu eventually at 11:30am on Saturday 4th April 2009, were met at the airport and taken to our hotel in Thamel.
